Gefüllte Nudelschnecken

Make pasta dough.



Store dough in the fridge for one hour.


Cut and fry cabbage, onions, garlic, cooked ham.




Roll out the pasta dough. Create 8 pasta sheets. Each one should be about 30 cm x 15 cm.

In five easy steps!

Step 1: Prepare dough

Mix regular flour and garbanzo bean flower, equal parts. Slowly add water and mix until the mixture becomes smooth. 





Step 2: Mix savory paste

Mix hot sauce and bean paste.





Step 3: Fry crepe with egg

Heat the crepe pan using low heat.
Lightly oil the crepe pan with vegetable oil.


Spread the dough using a crepe dough spreader.




Crack an egg over it and spread it as well.



Now flip the crepe!



Step 4: Add toppings

Add the savory paste.


Add crackers.



Add fried ham.



Add green onions and cilantro.



Step 5: Fold the crepe

Fold the sides first.




Then fold top and bottom, and loosely cut it in the center.
